SNEAK PEEK AT THE NEW STAMPS

Welcome!  DT Patti here to share with you some new stamps!  Nikki sent these pictures to me last night and I have to say I am so excited!  These are all going to be 'must have's' for me.

Here's the first one.  Isn't this AWESOME?  It will be perfect for the Campin' Crazy file!

I definitely have to have this one.  Look at that cute face - I soooooooo feel like this on a daily basis.  Perfect for Nikki's  'A Bunch of Nuts" file.  I think her crazy design team inspired this one!

This is an absolute must have!  I was just saying to someone that I needed a word bubble stamp.  My grandest daughter is always making her piecings say things, and she's obsessed with word bubbles....How perfect is this?

Oh Gosh, need I say more?  I so need to make a key chain with this one!

I feel a scrapbook page developing with this one!

I NEED this one for gift tags! 

Perfect for scrapbook pages, calendar's....journals.....another must have.

FACE STAMPS

DT Patti here to bring you today's post.  It's usually the first thing people say to me whether we are painting ceramics or doing paper piecings.  "I just can't do the eyes".  Well, like everything else we do, the more we do it - the better we get.  Still we all want perfection the very first time.

Nikki has solved that problem for us!  While we are learning and getting better....Nikki has come out with some AMAZING stamps to do our eyes and faces for us!  I have been having so much fun with my sets.  I ordered and received the 2" stamp sets....and have just re-ordered and am waiting for the 1 1/2" sets.   I LOVE THESE STAMPS.

Our DT Member, Mandy, who does the most amazing job with faces and eyes...(I'd love to sit at her side and learn from her) did some faces using these new stamps:

I wanted to show you a piecing I did with the 2" set.  It was too large for the size piecing I made, but I LOVED the way it looked for this bear.  He definitely looks like a koala bear or someone who is scared out of his mind!

If I'm in a hurry to get something done - or a card made at the last minute...I love knowing these stamps are available.  Also, when I need something to be 'perfect'.

Meanwhile - a note from DT Mandy....Don't use colorbox chalk ink on your clear acrylic stamps....it doesn't seem to wash off....sorry Mandy :(
